We deliver all our products to the UK through Royal Mail's First class recorded delivery service outside of the UK standard first class post service is used. To ensure save delivery we recommend that your delivery address is not a shared post box e.g Flats or Students halls of residence. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it's possible they have already tried to deliver your package.
