How quickly will you dispatch my order? We will endeavour to ship your order within 48hrs, usually the Royal mail will deliver your goods the next day for 1st class recorded, but unfortunately this is not guaranteed.

What should I do if my order does not arrive within 5 working days? Please email orders(AT)weightlosscenter.co.uk

What happens if my order gets lost in the post? We have to allow 15 days after dispatch before it is deemed lost and then we will either refund your money in full or re-send your order.(only 1 in 500 dispatches go missing currently)

What happens if I change my mind? Your have 14 days to returned the goods and as long they arrive in good order we will refund your money minus our postal charges
